Project IDentity 2011

This year's Project IDentity Theme is Embrace IDentities- I Walk, I See, I Feel and I Care.

Project IDentity is an annual event organized by Regular Services Project for the Intellectually Disabled from Nanyang Technological University's Welfare Services Club. It aims to achieve the 4 As and they are as follows:

- create public Awareness about the intellectually disabled;
- create an environment for the intellectually disabled to be socially Accepted;
- provide financial Assistance to families of the intellectually disabled; and
- serve as an Avenue for volunteerism

This year, in collaboration with Toa Payoh Central Community Club Youth Executive Committee (YEC), tickets will be sold at $5 per person for a befriender's walk with our beneficiaries. Participants will get a certificate of participation and a goodie bag :) Furthermore, you get to enjoy performances on the day itself! The walk enables you to learn more about the intellectually disabled along the way as you walk, see, feel and care.

All proceedings will go to our beneficiaries' fund for the weekly sessions that we plan for them.

Promote this event to your friends and family and join us for a meaningful Saturday.
